Stephanie Fryer

NCIDQ Certified Designer, ASID, AKBD

Philosophy

The Bespoke Interior creates timeless interiors for the modern lifestyle.  Designs are rooted in a classic aesthetic whether it be modern, contemporary or a hybrid of styles to fit each client’s needs. The end result is sophisticated and refined.

Founder and principal designer Stephanie’s aesthetic is expressed through careful attention to the technical details; a fascination with worldly cultures and art; and through her love of travel.

Experience

Prior to founding The Bespoke Interior, Stephanie garnered experience with a national design firm, as well as was a partner and a principal designer at an award-wining boutique design firm.  Stephanie has focused extensively on the construction side of residential projects throughout her career, but her skill set encompasses all aspects of design from concept to implementation down to accessorizing.

Stephanie holds a BA in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and earned her second degree in Interior Design at the accredited Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach.

 Professional Accreditation

The Council for Interior Design Qualification, or CIDQ, is the global leader in establishing standards of competence for interior design/interior architecture professionals.  CIDQ protects public health, safety and welfare by identifying interior designers who have the knowledge and experience to create interior spaces that are not just aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and safe.  Stephanie, as an NCIDQ Certified Designer, has completed a minimum of six years of specialized education and experience and passed a rigorous three-part exam.  Since the NCIDQ Certification meets the interior design profession’s legal and regulatory standards established by over half of the U.S. states and Canadian provinces, it is the highest qualification in the industry.

As a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), the oldest, largest and leading professional organization for interior designers in the United States, The Bespoke Interior complies with all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and codes governing business procedures and the practice of interior design in California.  Professional membership is achieved by passing the NCIDQ Certification Exam.

The firm is also a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA), the premiere international association for kitchen and bath professionals for over fifty years.  The mission of the NKBA is to promote professionalism and ethical business practices, and provide leadership and direction for the kitchen and bath industry worldwide.
